Good deals on shirts. They just need to watch the buttons. Their press comes right down on buttons. A little bit of an adjustment on the machine could fix that. Other than that the prices are great and the people are wonderful!

The lady who was delivering my clothes today was so lazy that she didn't want to walk around the car to put the clothes in there. I told her that my son is sitting on the driver side in his car seat and requested her to put them on the other side. She talked back rude and said it's not her job to walk around and put eh clothes in the car. Her name is Jocelyn. This will be my last time there. Poor customer service and it ain't cheap either.

We used this cleaner for 11 years. I picked up shirts they claimed were left for 2 months. Apparently my shirts got separated from my order as I drop of monthly. The plastic had black residue. I asked to have the shirts re cleaned. The owner took it upon himself to scold me about the time I left the shirt. I noted as a long time customers it would be good good business to reclean 2 shirts. He escalated to the point of refusing to clean and then said the get the Fu-- out of his store. He came out of the store towards my car. Of course I exchanged words with him. I started video taping him and he retreated back in the store. Ladies this is unacceptable and men REALLY. Anyone wanting the video I can share.

Terrible customer service. A - they do not honor their coupons, B - they take longer than they initially tell you, C - they are just plain unpleasant people! Stay away from here!
