They did not clean my jacket! The same stains were still on the sleeve. Took a paper towel and water and wiped the stain out myself. What's with their cleaning process they didn't get the stain out? Both Husband and I have noticed spots on his suits that we wipe with a damp cloth after returning from this cleaner. Again their cleaning process did not do the job. Also, husband has had shirts missing. Poor quality.

Had a new duvet ironed there over a month ago—-as I usually wash them myself first. Came back so wrinkled. Much worse than I left it with them. My husband took it back to have it redone. They apologized. He picked it up a week later, it looked fine. Then noticed dark stains at the button closures. As if some chemical was used. For what reason I have no idea. I was shocked. It was a beautiful new duvet. I donated it as otherwise nothing else was wrong and was clean. Never again will I use them. Besides their prices are high. I used to use another cleaners in Plano for many years but they disappeared ????? Never had any issues and their prices were reasonable. I miss them. Going to find another cleaners near where I live. As I’m worried on leaving my husbands good suits and shirts next.

This place lost my expensive pants and a couple of work outfits. They tried to make me think I was crazy when I actually had documented proof of items dropped off. Beware if you have expensive or stylish items. they will surely disappear.

Posting this for my mom Su. "I dropped off my husband’s $25 white shirt to clean. It was only worn once before. When I got it back, I found a lot of stains on the collar, which were not there before. I asked them to re-clean the shirt. It took them about a month to do it. Within this period, I asked the girl at the counter for the owner’s phone number. She said she didn’t have it. I also asked when the owner would come to the Stephen’s Cleaners and she said she was not sure. Finally, the girl said they could not get rid of the stains and offered me a $15 dry cleaning credit. I did not want the credit and asked them for $25 to buy a new shirt. But she said she needed a receipt. I didn’t keep the original receipt and asked the owner’s phone number again. The girl said she would talk to the owner and call me back. Another month passed. She still hasn’t called me. I would not recommend using this cleaner."
