I have been going to DCSC weekly since they opened, at least 10 years ago.  I know them each by name and they know me.  Their customer service is unsurpassed.  Most time, when I arrive to pick up the Dry Cleaning, they have it waiting for me or they are already getting it before I get to the counter.  Cynthia and her crew work hard and have always been very pleasant to deal with.  They always greet me by name.  The few times that we have a shirt without a button, they always replace it without any extra charge.  It is not even necessarily their fault that the button is missing.  I would not ever even consider going anywhere else.  I know their policy of in by 9 am, out by 5 pm. not 3.

Best experience ever best customer service ever as you come in they welcome you and they removed some stains that others couldn't on top of that their prices are very low compared to other cleaners who charge an arm and a leg the shirts are only 1.19 when I'm paying almost 2 dollars everywhere else.

Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Rediculous this place put a whole in my shirt and then blamed me for it. manager is incognito so as not to have to discuss any issues and literally leaves teenagers to run the business. Completely irresponsible. will not issue reciepts. Workers give you this blank obtuse stare saying "sir, we do not put holes in the shirts here". would not accept responsibility. Finally spoke to the manager and she told me after seeing a pic " Oh, I thought it was a big hole!" and asking for a rwfund or replacement of shirt was not right. and then offered me 5 bucks for my 45 dollar oxford. accidents happen. Get insurance. If businesses would take responsibility they might earn loyal customers instead of push them out the door. Accountability literally is a foreign concept here.

Cleaners tore a hole in my suit.  They denied doing it and basically called me a liar when I disputed that it was torn when I gave it to them.  They offered no apology or compensatory damages.  changing dry cleaners.
