They cleaned my dress and rhinestones fell out of the trim in obvious places. Then they have audacity of trying to charge me in full for the cleaning?! They said they followed the instructions on the tag and if something was damaged it's the manufacturers fault. Excuse me?! If you did a bad job, own it. Don't pass the buck. Then they conveniently cannot get a hold of the manager. I should have checked reviews before coming here. I will update this upon resolution.

Terrible service!! My suit after supposedly cleaned had dust, loop, wrinkles and stain spots all over. Practically worst than before actually. The associate named sarah told me that she cannot give any discount about it and that there is no manager in the store. They charged me 15.70$ for the bad service. She Didn't give me solutions at all and pissed me off.

Less than one star. Expensive and it seems they don't care much about their clients or even heard of customer service. They lost one of my shirts and when it was brought up to them they simply didn't do a thing... Manager would not return calls....

Wow! I had 5 dresses and 2 men dress shirt, and it all cost me over $80!! That is outrageous!! They claimed that my dress was linen and that needed extra care. Along with the lining of the dress. Which neither one of them was linen! The dress itself only cost me freaking $40. Only one of the dress, was even worth the over $15 care.. this place is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! I felt taken advantage of for service that was unnecessary. Terrible place! Unless you don't mind paying $15/dress/garment, I would highly suggest going somewhere else! -sincerely, angry customer
