Very nice people. On time. First time ever for house being dirtier when a service left than when they came. Not sure what they did, BUT, they did charge me double of any other service I have used over the last 30 years or so. That is an accomplishment of some sort, I suppose.

Signature Maids... Now when I hear or say that name I don’t think about anything being signature or of quality at all. I also don’t think Kevin appreciates the true value of a hard working individual that pays for his services. It’s been twice now that my mother and I have had an issue with simple things such as cleaning mold spots in a bathroom to not properly vacuuming the floor. And Kevin the big shot owner, says that ohh I would’ve sent them back to fix it but since you have another cleaning scheduled we’ll take care of it then? What kinda Bull*hit is this? This in no way is a way to not only run a company but treat a paying customer with disrespect. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR NEEDS, BEING THAT THE OWNER COULD CARE LESS ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS AND EVEN STATED TO US TO GO LOOK ELSE WHERE.

I'm writing this review after just paying another company to clean what I already paid signature maids to do. I'm completely unsatisfied and I attempted to contact the owner directly and he promised to get back to me and has not. We hired Signature Maids for a move in clean. After 5 hours of 'cleaning' they left thick layers of dust on bedroom ceiling fans, dirt in drawers and closets, only did 2/3 of the windows (which I paid an extra 75 for them to do) to name a few things. During the cleaning I saw one of the workers dragging a bucket of BLACK water around to clean my floors. It was disgusting. On top of that, when I complained I was told one employee was in training. Why send someone unqualified to clean my home? All in all I'm dissapointed. I would not rehire nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I am speechless at the level of unprofessionalism I experienced. I had an appointment set for noon. At 12:11pm, one lady showed up, dropped off a few brooms and buckets and walked out. 10mns later, she came back, grabbed her stuff and left. No explanation, not a word said to me. After another 15mns, I called the person I had spoken to earlier (which I assume might've been a supervisor) and his phone died or he hung up as soon as he answered. I then kept trying to call the company directly and it kept going to voicemail. When I finally got ahold of someone, it was 12:51pm. The gentleman I spoke to told me that he would call the ladies and find out what was going on and would call me back. I called back 5mns later and that's when I was told that one of the ladies wasn't feeling well and that they would send out another crew, for me to be patient. After waiting another hour and 20mns or so, I called them back once again to find out what was going on. At that point, I was given some half explanation/half runaround, and told that they weren't going to be able to send anyone out to me because they were completely booked...

I have been with Signature Maids for a few years now. I have never been disappointed. Their employees are friendly, thorough and reliable. I especially like that bar unforeseen circumstances, the same team comes into my home and know exactly what I like and what to do. They return items to the proper places so I don't have to spend any time putting things back in order. They are extremely careful with your cherished belongings.The office staff is very accommodating. I have used many individuals and services over may years and Signature Maids is quite frankly the very best.
