Diligent shopping of the clearance racks in the store and enforcing use of earned points gets some really great bargains. 
Website is too tedious and cumbersome. 
Any special deals must be gotten on the first day offered because they will run out that day even though the bogo runs for a week and they don't give rain checks.

I don't know how I feel about DSW as a whole company. I'm hoping It's just this location that has me worried. Only 3 stars because I love the selection of shoes and they had plenty of sizes and my size (10-10.5) that seems to be the most common. But other than that the manager here looks miserable and doesn't know how to smile when looking or talking to customers. We looked around and tried on shoes for 30 mins and not a single time did anyone offer to help. The cashier literally did the very least. And I tried making conversation to kill the awkwardness by asking of she enjoys working here and working with shoes and her response was she "hates shoes". HELLOO?? Where is management?? You hired someone who hates shoes when that's literally what you do? I applied online once when I was looking for part time work and their online assessment was without doubt the worst most impersonal assessment I have ever ran across. I had the impression they only wanted zombies with no ambition working there and after visiting this location and seeing the employees in action I can see they got exactly what they wanted. I will be back to DSW but definitely a different location. And if that one is bad too I may just have to go support someone else. Hopefully the GM or someone sees this and cleans up their store!

I was in the store last week looking for shoes for my wedding and an employee was watching me like a hawk. It was so uncomfortable that I just decided to leave. I will never again go back to this store.

Unfortunately the smallest size they have for mens is 8. Not a lot of choices for dress boots. I would rename it Designer Shoes Women's because more than 3/4 of the store space is for ladies.
