Liked customer service a girl named Natalie she helped me out. Also the prices are reasonable compared to mall prices. Bought these heels for $45 compared to $120 at the mall

Me and my wife went to look at there timberlands n took them out the box to try them on mind this it was like 7pm at night very few people but I took out to pairs of timberland a pair of black one n tan ones tell me why we heard code 5 on the speaker then as we try them on the lady stood next to us n made us feel uncomfortable trying on the shoe
