I stopped at the DSW in Strongsville today, with every intention of buying at least 4 pairs of shoes.  They had a nice selection, all at reasonable prices.  But I left without buying anything.  Why?  Because three sales people walked right by me without even saying hello or asking if I needed help.   Whatever happened to customer service?  I don't need anyone to make a fuss over me, but when I go to a store to spend my hard-earned money, I do expect to be treated with courtesy, like my business is valued.     The one sales person looked at me and I even smiled, and she looked away like I had pissed her off or something.  Completely obnoxious.  At a time when stores are closing left and right, I doubt DSW can afford to have bitchy people driving customers out of the door.  Needless to say I will not be shopping there again.

They make online orders too complicated. And charge all kinds of unknown fees and shipping that don't even apply to order. Will never order online again!
