It was a nice and spacious store with many varieties of shoes. They even have a space for kids to measure their height and shoe size.

Came to exchange a pair of shoes I bought online for a bigger size. The return went fine (hence the 2 stars), and the size I wanted wasn't available, so they were going to re-charge me for the exact same shoes, and then have them delivered to my house. Only problem is, they wanted to charge me MORE than I paid with the original pair. I asked the employee about why it would cost more, she said she didn't know why, and brought her manager over. Her manager also had no idea why, but said it's probably because I "came to buy them in store." They're MORE expensive in store than to buy online and ship to my place? I went home, immediately re-ordered them online, and in fact they were an additional $10 CHEAPER than the ORIGINAL shoes I bought. But in store they still wanted to charge me more than what I first paid just because I came all the way down there in person. WTF? DSW, you need to get your act together.

Maybe shoes is Ok. But very bad service！The cashier have a white girl was very mean！she is a little bit tall and skinny. She is not friendly person, so does she can do service?
