The look of the shoes and purses in this store is amazing! But how the hell do you get any help? How do you get over the disappointment of them never having your size? How do you get around the chaos that is this store during a sale? Luckily I don't have to try to answer these questions too often because even as an outlet Aldo is way too far out of my price range. Occasionally I go in just to dream when I am cruising along Ashland. I only give two stars because there for sure is a better way to organize this store so it is less stressful for everyone including the poor harassed staff. I guess no one here cares about the satisfaction of customers or staff, so no extra points for not even trying.

For a liquidation place one would expect more sales or better sales. Very few pairs are on sale for more than 30% off. The ones that are on sale look very old. Although I have found some pretty good pairs of shoes in the store there is much to be improved on

It's so hard to get assistance in this store. Shoes look worn out but I guess that's what you get since it's an outlet store. It's okay if you are looking for shoes that you plan on wearing one day. But I rather get better service and better quality somewhere else
