The worst DTLR location in the city.. CAUTION avoid this place.  I came here 2 weeks ago looking for some shoes for my nieces birthday got to the register there was a long line of. 6 or more people.  A young girl short cut, who was not only flirting with (what appeared to be a regular customer) but also picked up the store phone and started ordering a "chicken box" from the carry out! I've been here once before and the manager and associates started a scream match with a female customer over a return they were unwilling to accept!
