I love this gym! Very comfortable environment to get your goals accomplished with a very knowledgeable staff that treats you like family. The group sessions are the best I've been to in the LA area. I have already recommended two of my coworkers to attend a group class with me! So happy I found this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used class pass for a few months so I have been to almost every fitness class in the valley, DTLA, and the west side. This is hands down the best fitness class of them all. They offer free heart rate monitors to track your burn while in class (only 2 other locations I went to incorporated this and they both charged to use them). The atmosphere is so welcoming and fun, including small groups with people in all different age and fitness groups. I love the extra push I get from seeing how much I have burned. The trainers always guide specifics on form but make you comfortable to rest if needed. I am sweating in places I didn't even know I could after each class! Only studio I purchased classes at after I left class pass, 10/10 business!

I am so glad there is a fitness studio near my work and apartment.  I luckily met Dustin and Carolyn while walking my dog.  I checked this place out by doing a session with Dustin and he gave me the best arm work out.. EVER!!  He is a great motivator.  He has been pushing me to achieve my goals and I can see results.  I am so happy.  He changes up the routines so my body doesn't get used to the old workouts from my old gym.  Thank you so much DTOX!  I look forward to more pain and pushing me to extremes.

I've been Dustin's client since January of 2014. I have a physical disability and I've worked with many personal trainers. There were so many exercises I always wanted to try and Dustin was absolutely up to the challenge of finding out how to adapt the exercises for me. He has the best attitude, a great amount of patience, & absolutely reliable. He's been straight-forward about my progress, I appreciate him more for it. Originally, I started at three times a week for an hour. Now, we workout five times a week for two hours.  I told Dustin last year I needed to strengthen my back. Today, I can see definition in my chest, shoulders, back and arms. January of 2014,  I doubt I was planking 2 minutes. This week I planked for 9 minutes, and I bench pressed 180. A client who has special physical needs can't get to that level of health and fitness without a trainer who has experience and understands anatomy and fitness. The gym is incredibly clean, modern, and has state of the art equipment. It's in a easy to access  location, and there is plenty of parking. His wife Carolyn is also a trainer, and her clients are as happy as I am. She has the same great attitude as Dustin. I love working out and it's because I found a trainer and gym who put the client first and they offer a program that provides serious results.

I have been training at DToX Fitness with Dustin since October 2014.  My intentions were not to lose weight but to get more toned.  No workout is the same and is designed around my goals.  I definitely feel stronger and healthier. Dustin is very flexible with my schedule and is always willing to accommodate me. I would highly recommend DToX Fitness.
