It's supposed to be a 24 hour store but sometimes you go there and 3:00 AM and they are closed. They claim that they cannot find an overnight cashier.

This is a two part rating, the cashier staff is always helpful and nice here. 
(i would give them 4 starts)

today I had to pick up my some Antibiotic's, and instead of there pharmacy staff being polite and helpful. I found them to be Rude and uncooperative, instead of calling and telling me that my insurance provider is not a partner with them. I was told that first told that I had to pay cash for them, when I pressed the matter with the pharmacist he became combative and very disrespectful. if your insurance is not accepted at a certain place, they should call you first, if not when you get there explain the situation to the customer, instead of demanding cash and when asked why and not disrespectful. 
(i would give them one star)

Will never come back to this duane reade for the fact when I Walk through the aisles an employee over the speakers say security walk the floors and another employee once followed me around like I'm gonna steal then when I go to the check out to pay for something the cashier I was dealing with catches an attitude because I was taking to long to gather and unfold my money like I said I Will never come back to this location again every body that works their can go to hell

Dirty. Never have what I want. Also, never send your prescription here. Always an issue. Takes at least 15 minutes and incredible long wait. Too crowded
