Capsule is AMAZING. They are genuinely kind people who keep prices low. They have helped me with any and all questions happily and quickly. I can't say enough good things about them. They are really the best. I don't know why anyone in NYC would use anyone else. Thank you Capsule!!

This is the best thing on earth. I don’t understand how my prescriptions are even cheaper than when I haul myself over to Duane Reade. $5 for two prescriptions AND delivery?! AND the customer service personnel are absurdly conscientious and caring?! AND the app interface is beautiful and user friendly?! It’s one of those rare things that sounds too good to be true but is somehow even better than it sounds.

Super fast free deliveries and you can place orders to be sent the same day! The delivery people are always really friendly and you can text/chat a pharmacist at any time to get all of your questions answered. We live in the future!

Cannot say enough good things about capsule, where to begin?? I had my first prescription in hand 4 hours after I signed up, including the time it took capsule to reach out to my old pharmacy to transfer the refill. They have the best customer service I've ever experienced. Kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I reach out. Capsule also took care of a pre-authorization without me having to lift a finger. They make everything so simple. Every interaction I've had with this company is nothing short of delightful.
