Extremely dissatisfied with the dry cleaning service.
Waited 5 days for a leather and wool jacket.
Day of pick up, the jacket was dirtier than when I brought it in.
I was told this type of combined fabric jackets are hard to wash.  What?  Why be in business if cleaning / laundering is too difficult?

I was just there and used the large washer for $6.00.   When the load was done, I had to RIP my bedspread to get it out.  An edge in the washer caught the small lacing and ripped the lacing on one side of the spread off.  Some was still in the washer.  I showed the laundramat employee what lace was left in the washer.  No refund was offered.  That I feel was the very least they could have done! (The very least!) I walked away perturbed to say the least and will not return!

Nice owner, talks a lot but very helpful, the machines are a little old but work very well.
