Owner was super nice and helpful and even threw me a small discount which was a small but nice gesture. Having had some bad customer service experiences lately this was refreshing.

Of the several times I've been here, only had one issue where they damaged a pillow. Fairly low key and average as laundry places go. Last time I went there, there was no attendant and I waited quite awhile until she emerged from a door and proceeded to assist me and another customer without any apology for the lack of staff and while her boss wandered around her with insults on her ability to do her job.

The laundromat is very cleaning Place and it's got TVs in it if you need to watch and listen to and it's got great people on staff so it's a great place to do your clothes if you have to

It's clean and there is a friendly atmosphere. The Laundry Attendant is very nice and has a great sense of humor. She is helpful and very informative and appears to know her job well. Keep up the good work Angie!😊

The attendant at the Michigan Ave location, Angie, is very informative and very nice. Every time I have come in to use the machines, I have seen her go above and beyond not only for the business but for the customers. This location definitely deserves a 5 star.
