I went to Duffy's tonight for the first time. Food was great! I loved the atmosphere and our server Marisa was so nice. My grandson is a picky eater she brought out sliced tomatoes and oranges just for him to eat. She was super nice and attentive to our family. I am a new customer for life there. Deff my new "go to place" my husband loved the food also. Great place AWESOME wings and that sweet buffalo sauce is the best I've ever had Can't wait to go back!

We went in for lunch on my lunch break from work. The hostess was very standoffish and acted like we were a bother when we came in. She explained there was a large party in the back and asked if we minded sitting back there. Sure, no problem. We get seated by a party that must have had 40 people or so. The waitress started bringing out their meals, having to shout each order multiple times because the group wasn’t paying attention. I actually felt a little bad for her. This went on for nearly 20 minutes. Not a single moment during that time did anyone acknowledge us or say it would be just a minute. We waited nearly 25 minutes with no drinks, no acknowledgement, and they were only half finished serving the large group. We would up leaving, because I only have an hour lunch break. Now, I understand a large group of people is frustrating and hard to manage. And I understand that they are bringing in a lot of cash and probably a huge tip. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or if there was only one waitress in that section. But to not even get acknowledged was a little disappointing. Hopefully we can try again another day.

Beef tips were good. Crab mac and cheese is not worth it. Mine was really watery. Calamari appetizer was the smallest amount I have evere seen from any restaurant. They put more jalapenos than calamari with it. A bit disappointed both times I tried it. Not sure if I'll be back a 3rd time.

Been here a few times since writing the first review and they still have the yucky tasting aluminum Coors Light bottles. Some moron in corporate purchasing thought it was a good idea to give in to the distributor and take a deal on them. Probably doesn't drink it so wouldn't know the difference. The bartenders are empathetic and tell me they get regular complaints from others and at least one tells me she can't stand them either, so I know its not just me. We'll continue to try and use up the money on our card and then move on if things stay the same. The place continues to get one star until they get rid of the Coors Light aluminum bottle and bring back Coors Light glass bottles. We'll continue to check in once in a while until the money on our card is gone to see if normal conditions return, but Twin Peaks, Ale House and just about everybody else in town has glass bottles, so that's where we're spending most of our time these days...

There's only so much you can blame on the hurricane without saying "hey, maybe we shouldn't open". For starters, they only had a limited menu. That isn't a problem, a lot of food went bad. The problem is that they had nothing on THAT menu, forcing everyone to order 2-3 items. We all ordered, and each order had fries.... except when the food came out (after 40 minutes) there were no fries. Aside from that the waiters and staff were being run wild and working their behinds so I have no problem with them, but if the first part of your menu take 40 minutes, and then another 30 minutes just for fries, something needs to happen. This place never should have opened if it wasn't prepared. I spent $53 and spent nearly an hour and a half waiting for cold food and silverware. God Bless to the staff but I will not be returning to this location with a management staff that puts their employees and customers through that. Complete cash grab.
