We had a very nice experience. Our wait was only 10 minutes on a Sunday evening. I don't think our server was notified of us being seated, but when she saw we were there, she was very attentive. We never had an empty glass, and if I so much as made eye contact with her as she passed our table, she ensured we were all right. Our food was served properly; and by that, I mean our bread came first, then our appetizer...our salads came out after we finished the app, and our food came after our salad bowls were emptied. It makes me crazy when servers bring my entree when I haven't finished my appetizer yet, but that didn't happen here, and it was rather refreshing. Can't wait to come back.

I placed my order over the phone at 5:34 pm and it and was advised that it will take 20 minutes to be ready. Drove to the restaurant and waited for almost an hour from the time of placing the order and a waitress comes out to tell me there was an issue with my order and it will take a couple more minutes. Another person comes and tries to explain the situation and I asked how can they make a mistake on an order for one meal!!!!  
She advised it was placed for tomorrow, which it does not make sense when the person on the phone advised  it will only take 20 minutes. Really waited for this meal because my husband likes the food from this restaurant and he is having surgery the following day. 

FOR SURE NOT coming back to this Longhorn in Altamonte Springs.

Decent prices for the quality of food you get. Premium meat, no msg, always fresh, cooked & seasoned perfectly... Great service as well. We love everything about Longhorn Steakhouse. The comfortable atmosphere is the first thing you'll notice when you walk in the door. It's like you're being welcomed into a ranchers home.

Waiter Jodie  notice I wasn't eating my dinner and asked what was wrong. I said everything was fine. He didn't believe me and let the Brooke the manager know and she came over. My food wasn't hot enough for me. They offer to replace it and I was like no I will be fine. They took it off the bill. Which very nice and we got dessert which was Awesome. Thanks to Jodie being so astute I will return. Thank you. ❤️

This has always been at the top of my list for restaurants !! You can't go wrong with the steak or the chicken here. If you haven't tried it please do and bring me some of that delicious bread ! The restaurant is clean and the waiters are sweet. I come here atleast once a month
