We had a residential move to another city. We also used their overnight storage and they showed up on time to the new house the following day. We had a very large safe that needed to be moved along with large pieces of furniture.  Everything went seamless.  The movers gave 100% the entire time (89 degrees outside and not a cloud in the sky) Fantastic customer service.  Good communication as to where items should be put.  Fast, on time.  We were actually under our estimate quote, which was great.  Would recommend!

The movers were great!  We had a baby grand piano moved across town and it was handled quickly and with care.  The moving guys were clean, respectful and knowledgeable. They protected our floors and all pieces of the piano were wrapped and carefully handled.

The administration side of things leaves a lot to be desired. The movers mixed up the feet on our piano and we needed them to come back to fix it (the piano is currently sitting lopsided because of the height difference between the different legs) as we do not have the man power nor do we own tools to lift a 700+ LB piano to take legs off and reattach them.  

It's 2 days and counting... the piano is still sitting wrong.  No calls back when they said they would call, they did not honor the agreed upon time (after 4:30pm is not even relatively close to 2pm in the afternoon!) and then tries to brush off the fault to us, the customer, when we were not available during the work day after it was agreed to have the moving team back in the late evening. 

If you hire this company, the move will likely go well enough. You will probably also be extremely frustrated with the office people, though.  If you can handle that, good luck!  Otherwise, find someone else.  To me, it was not worth the hassle of dealing with them so we can get their mistake fixed.  Hopefully that happens soon.

We moved our entire household from one side of town to the other. I got bids from two movers in the area and selected Du Frane because of a recommendation from a local Realtor. We are VERY happy with the move. 
The day started by meeting the three man crew at our storage garage and they had that emptied out and loaded in nearly an hour. They made an extra stop on the way to our house to drop off a stove an they even placed it properly in the kitchen of the that house. 
The crew told us that they would be making the move in two loads, however our two real estate closings occurred at 10:30 & 12 Noon so they made the first load a complete fill of the truck in order to take their lunch break during our second closing. This type of move is charged by the hour and it could have been much longer had they not been so accommodating.
Because of the time of year the weather was bitter cold and the snow had drifted over some of our outdoor belongings. I appreciate the efforts expended to get everything loaded and moved.
We had received a quote prior to the move and the final cost did exceed the original quote by a little, however, we had required them to do a few things extra along the way and were happy to write the check at the end of the day.
 I believe that all things considered they were fair with the price and we couldn't be happier.
