We have moved many times and this is BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had.  I am kicking myself for never having left 5 star-glowing reviews for every other company that has moved us.  MONTHS later we are still missing items, we are still dealing with damaged goods.  

Routinely and consistently, workers do not say the same thing that corporate tell us.  When we call the home office, whatever they tell us completely depends on who we are dealing with.  No consistency, and basically I feel like they are doing everything they can to scam me and my family.  My husband is so kind and I feel like they are trying everything they can to the full advantage.  There is NO accountability and NO professionalism.  

They have refused to do promised work and then claimed that they don't owe us because the move estimate was low and they claim they've already done more than planned.  THEY provided the estimate and told us what it cost.  Right now we have a Rainbow Play System King Kong Deluxe in shambles all over our yard, more than 3 months after this move should have been completed.  They sent a FURNITURE repair guy over today and allowed him to assess damages.  He had never even heard of Rainbow.  

Seriously, I hate leaving bad reviews, but the only time I have ever felt this horrible about an experience is when my house was legitimately broken into and trashed as a child.  That is how violated every step of this process has made me feel.  I am desperate for this to be over but they also need to be help accountable.  I swear, if I get some manufactured, PC response to this saying ghat I need to contact customer service, I might go bananas!  We have tried, and tried, and tried to get them to make this move right and I feel like this is never ending.  At this point, unless they make it right, I feel like I will be hiring legal counsel.  This can't be in our hands anymore.  Very frustrating.

Used these guys 6 months ago.  They are terrible.  Truck broke down on move and had to stay a motel. Put in a damage claim after moving and and received a letter they were going out of business and I wouldn't be receiving my check for the claim after being stalled and told excuses for three months .  Don't use these guys you will regret it. There customer service is a joke.  Some one from management will tell you to call their customer service but that a joke nothing will be done as I have wasted my time calling them repeatedly but nothing is done

DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! A neighbor's family hired this company. The drivers blocked the road completely and refused to move when multiple residents asked them so we could get to our homes. The movers were rude  and couldn't be bothered to walk 50 yards further because they didn't want to be inconvenienced. If you want professionals who won't alienate your neighbours, DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!

Worst storage company I have ever stored my things with.  They do not respond to emails or phone calls and are impossible to get in touch with.  Find any other moving company if you can.  I have been trying to contact them for the past few weeks about when I will be in town and need to either pick up my stuff or get it dropped off and they can't seem to find the time to respond to my emails and calls.  Huge pain in the ass and really stressful to work with.
