Wonderful experience at Dufresne. I was looking for a couch for the longest time. This time I did not want leather so it decreased my choices. Finally I found the couch that I loved but the wrong colour. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will have the couch in the colour I wanted it and I am very happy with the services I received. Thank you Dufresne!

I would give a “0” rating, if I could.

I purchased a 100% top grain leather couch, but received a much cheaper couch with (plastic-like) split-grain on the sides and back. When making the sale, the salesperson told me that the couch would be entirely covered in the top grain leather from the leather swatch/sample that I had selected.

It has now been over a month and I have yet to get a resolution from this company. Their sales department says this is what they ordered (though it is not what I asked/paid for!), and their after-sales service department says this is “not a customer service issue." I have left messages for the Sales Manager, as I now want a full refund instead of just an exchange, but my calls have not been returned. I feel utterly cheated.

I spent a significant amount of money at this place and have been sorely disappointed in both the quality of the product and Dufresne’s service. I will be recommending to all my family, friends, and colleagues that they avoid this business at all cost.

When shopping for Furniture,  it is part of your Home and like buying a Home it can be challenging to make confident decisions.  Dufresne has beautiful selection, and make it so easy..you can browse online for more items right there in the store!  The really special thing about this store is the relaxed, smiling Staff that are refreshing to deal with compared to other Stores.  Not a chance will I shop anywhere else in the future for furniture, appliances, and even beds.  What a find!

Fantastic experience, well worth the drive (I live in Orleans)! Rob Spittall was amazing! He took his time and showed me furniture options I would not have noticed had I been on my own. He listened to my needs and his suggestions were perfect. He was patient and answered all of my questions. It has been a long time since I've been so excited over a purchase. I look forward to seeing him soon for other furniture needs. Dufresne is lucky to have such a person on their staff.

Beware! They had a chair on sale. Salesman said they could make a better offer and after talking to manager he offered 75% of the tag price. I made a lower offer and we had an agreement,
When I got home and looked on line the price of the chair was75% of the original tag price. Crooked in my books.
