We are open Tuesday thru Friday 6;30 am - 2:00 pm & Weekends 6:30 am - 3:00 pm Home made food and desserts. Come and join us

Story

We have the passion and desire to bring great breakfasts and lunches to the area as well as do some baking and catering on and off site. We will serve breakfast and lunch in the restaurant, as well as prepare boxed lunches and/or breakfast for pick up. The menu will consist of classic egg dishes and some more modern flavors as well, for breakfast. We will have Duggers' classics French Dip and Hot Beef that they were famous for. Everything will be created with fresh ingredients. We will also do some fresh baking, pies, cakes, breads, bars and cookies.

The operators will consist of:
Jeanette Laitner, {Dugger}, successfully owned and operated Dugger’s Restaurant that was located on 80th street and W Center Rd for over 20 years. She has owner, management, accounting and great customer service expertise that she brings to the business. She also owned and operated A+ Hypnosis for over 15 years. Ms. Laitner will be a great asset to the business.

Randy Dugger, Jim Dugger and Jeanette Laitners' son who has over 30years experience as a chef and catering manager. He went to Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York and has a degree. Cooking is Randy's passion. Randy can cook and create a wide range of foods, from the classics that everyone loves to the more upscale foods.

Rhonda Dugger, Randy’s wife will bring management and bookkeeping and tax experience along with great customer service expertise to the business. Rhonda is John Stephens and Bonnie Stephens daughter. John Stephens owned and operated Home Cafe on 24th St. He also owned and operated Johnnys Cafe in Red Oak, Ia. Rhonda has worked for Happy Hollow Country Club where she managed and served clients. She also was a manager and server of many restaurants. She also has been a professional in tax preparation. Rhonda is looking forward to getting back to her passion: the Restaurant industry.
