We're a law firm. Founded in 1968, we handle accident and injury cases only. With offices in Warrenton, Culpeper and Front Royal, we help people throughout Virginia. Andrew Thomas was referred to me by a good friend as the only lawyer to speak with about my personal injury case. I will be honest I was at first hesitant to speak with a lawyer, but after 24 hrs of the Insurance companies playing " Its not my clients fault" scenario, I called Andrew. He called me back almost immediately. He has a very impressive background, which was the first thing that caught my attention. Working in the Collision Industry myself for the last 20 + yrs, I know what insurance companies are like. With the injuries I sustained, I had more important things to worry about. Andrew eased any concerns or fears I had in our first meeting, and it never changed. He stressed to me to only concentrate on healing and getting myself feeling better, and to leave everything else to him. He cares about his clients, and he knows how to deal with insurance companies.
 My case was settled very fairly and he made sure I received the best compensation possible in my case. His staff is Wonderful! They make you feel like you have known them forever and that you are more than a client, you are family.

My wife and I were in a life altering car accident and were referred to Andrew Thomas by one of our doctors.  I am glad we had Andrew on our team through the long process of settlements and law suits.  It's rarely you find someone who really seems to care about your well being.  He told us to do whatever was needed to heal and get better and let him handle the rest.  Which is exactly how it happened.  

With him and Suzette they optimized the situation best they could with the unfortunate hand we were dealt by the responsible parties insurance.  I know in the long run without them working for us our horrible situation could've ended up worse.

Andrew Thomas was exceptional when he helped my husband and I in a personal injury lawsuit.  He was attentive, quick to respond and worked for us- not the other party.  Andrew is honest, well versed in the law and takes time to discuss in detail your case.  I refer him to all my clients.

Awesome team of people. I could not ask for a better team of lawyers to be on my side. I was always updated and aware of what was going on. They stayed on top of everything and was very helpful even if it did not have anything to do with my case. In times when the proses was slow they kept me informed. I would recommend this team to anybody and everybody!!!! I still can't thank them enough.
