The whole staff here is great, everyone is very nice and they always remember your pet and come out to greet them by name, even when you are just there to pick up a prescription! Dr. Dank is so good with our pup, and it is affordable! I recommend this place to everyone!

Extremely disappointed as when I had first moved to the area I had a very positive experience with the female vet there back in April. I brought my cat in as she had diarrhea, vomiting, and lack of appetite. She is only 3, but has IBS. As a good father I made sure to bring all medications that she had ever been on. Upon arriving there, the receptionist asked me what current medications she was on, I said none right now but here are her past meds. She somewhat barked at me and said CURRENT MEDS. As I was waiting for them to take her back to the emergency area another pet owner with a dog tried to get at her in her cage, no one apologized to me the owner laughed and said no you cant play with that thing. I left her there and about 3 hours later they said I could pick her up. Upon picking her up, I asked the same receptionist if she has eaten and she had said I think so, but I'm not sure. I said I needed to see the Doctor who then brought me in and said that according to his notes she had a great appetite, I told him that the entire reason I brought her in was because she was not eating and he said hmm interesting well the treatment is still the same. No apologies. I felt no emotional caring from these people just cold, hard get in pay us get out. I took my girlfriends advice and am now using Cloquet Veterinary Hospital, what a breath of fresh air!!

Excellent staff! They seen my cat on an emergency basis and got her in right away. Took time to answer all my questions and concerns. My cat gives them a four paw rating.

Absolutely wonderful care for you and your pet. Clean facilities, they're patient with explaining questions and concerns, give real examples or knowledge from their experiences and always on time. Favorite is the follow up fliers and emails reminding me about my dogs healthcare I'd otherwise forget!
