I can’t say enough how amazing this office is. Everyone is very professional and friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure your pets well being. My dog LOVES going to the vet only because of the atmosphere there and how much they care about your pets comfortability. Dr. Bergstedt always explains things very well and will take the time to talk about concerns. I will definitely bring all of my pets here!

The last two times I took our dog here we've had unpleasant experiences. The vet did not focus on issues at hand and was very rude, didn't seem to care what I had to say and she even asked me who I would ask at home about certain vaccinations because I didn't "have a ring on my finger" she didn't know how to refer to people at my home. Not appropritate, not professional and we will never go back.

North Shore Veterinary Hospital staff has cared for a very dear and elderly cat of mine at the end of her life (several months ago) and a brand new-to-us kitty/young cat (yesterday). Each situation was handled with the utmost care and respect. I will be bringing my very skittish 9 year old cat in for a long overdue check-up soon, and have no doubt the staff at NSVH will take great care to put him at ease. Everyone I have spoken to over the phone has been very helpful and kind as well. Thank you so very much, North Shore Veterinary Hospital!

My almost 18 year old cat had to be put down. I requested home care, I couldn't ask for more professional or personal care by Dr. Hargrove and assistant. I had never been there before and his home service was what I needed. Although not re ally located in my area I will be using this clinic for all future services.
