No longer an indoor mall, was overtaken by Jysk. Lots of parking and basic necessity stores. Really shady area filled with homeless people and drunks. Cops are here quite frequently. Go to Cowichan Commons if possible!

There is an unnerving amount of drug addicts running around half out of there goes begging people for change and smokes in this plaza I would rate this lower but you can tell the plaza security is actually making an effort to get it under control but that aside there is a good selection of stores and good casual eating places in the plaza

Pleasant,  but not the cleanest bathrooms.  The stores are nice, and folks are friendly.

There's been a black mark in the middle of the screen for as long as I can remember. Very out of date but at least it's fairly cheap
