Story

The Olive Station is a gourmet Olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar tasting room. We offer over 24 flavours of both olive oil and Vinegars, that are fantastic on their own or paired to create bold flavour combinations. Come to the Olive Station you will experience a unique and exciting tasting experience.

We source oils from groves in South Africa , Chili, spain , Greece and many more northern and Southern Hemisphere locations. Following the seasonal harvests in each hemisphere means that you will always have the freshest oils available. We offer Fused (crushed with the olives at time of harvest) and infused ( All Natural ingredients for different flavours) as well as a unique line of oils that are classified as Ultra Premium; few oils are on the market that reach this standard, they offer extreme anti-oxidant factors called Polyphenols. The health benefits of premiun Olive Oils are fantastic for heart issues, blood pressure, Cholesterol , stress and even fighting against certain cancers

Our Balsamic Vinegars are a traditional balsamic condimental from Modena Italy, aged using the Solera Method for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels. All are truly a caramel color, dye free product and made from perfectly ripe Trebbiano grapes. A few of our favorite flavours are Ripe peach Balsamic, honey Ginger white, Cranberry pear white, black Cherry ginger dark, Espresso balsamic Cinnamon pear and many many more.
Balsamic vinegar offers anti-oxidant properties reduced risk of heart issues and can even assist in digestion.
