Dunes Family Pharmacy offers a very personable pharmacy experience for its customers with pharmacy staff readily available to answer any questions and counsel any patients at anytime.

We are committed to serving our patients in a fast, and professional manner, but also willing to spend the extra time, and go the extra mile to make sure our patients are well taken care of.

If you like being ignored and unappreciated this is the pharmacy for you. I have been going to this pharmacy for years, and now it's time for a switch. I come in every month and call my prescriptions in advance, usually give you guys 5 hours advanced notice of when I'll be coming in. When I get there to pick it up it's the first you're ever hearing about my script. I then have to wait 30 minutes while you guys just small talk, it's completely ridiculous. I wouldn't be upset if this was once in ahwile, but this is everytime.If you're not a current member of the dakota dunes country club don't come here.

My Father and I have been customers of Dunes Family Pharmacy for a few years. The customer service they provide is above and beyond. My Father will soon be coming home from skilled nursing because he broke his hip. Not only do they know my Father by name, they have been concerned about him because he has not been in touch with them since his fall. I called the pharmacy to see if they have home health aids. Not only do they have what we need, they will deliver it to his home in Dakota Dunes! Dunes Family Pharmacy provides great service whether it be medications, diabetic shoes, or home health aids.

This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever been too I come in every month & get treated as if I'm just some young drug seeking junkie because of the medicine I have to take The employees have very dry & rude personalities to the point you feel uncomfortable just walking in the store They always make my visits as complicated as possible I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody
