I love Dunkin! There is something about a hot cup of coffee that taste the same every day regardless of time, or staff... The location is new (I can tell from reviews) but I had no issues at all. The order was correct every morning (and one evening) this past week. I'll use the location when I am back in the area. NICE JOB ! WATCH OUT FOR CHILDREN FROM THE SCHOOL (THEY COME OUT OF YOUR BLIND SPOT!)

The staff can be a little slow at times, and they once forgot to make my coffees, but they remedied the situation immediately and offered free items for the inconvenience; I declined. That's awesome customer service in my opinion! Overall, the staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, and the donuts and breakfast items are always fresh and tasty. If you want certain items, I do suggest getting there early because they will be out!

The food isn't bad...once you actually get it. Super slow and un organized. Use caution if you order anything other than donuts. It will take awhile if they have more than 2 orders of hot food to fulfill. The staff was friendly and trying their best, seemed like they didn't have proper training or a good system in place to get food out in a timely manner.

I really like this location! It's a newer one and an added benefit is it is close to where my husband works when I have to take him and pick him up from work. Sure glad they built it here - now if there was only one closer to downtown Ft. Worth! Love Dunkin' Donuts!

I Love it here! Coffee is amazing and never have the workers here been rude. I would have given 5 stars except the wifi here is not great if your downloading anything. Otherwise if your browsing it's a little laggy.
