I have a love hate relationship with this Panera. I love Panera food in general so of course I have to like this location because they serve it here. And if day maybe 40% of the time I haven't had issues. But they do have issues that I haven't experienced at other locations. First, they take a long time to put the food together quote a bit. I've waited over 20 minutes before when it wasn't busy to get two half sandwiches. In some of those instances I've either been the only name on the board or t here were just one or two names who's orders got filled probably 10 minutes or so before mine was ready. They also bump orders on their screen before they're ready. I probably waited 5 minutes on he after my.name was bumped. Having worked fast food before I figure they're trying to club their numbers because they knows their long wait time is an issue. If you have an issue then work on genuinely fixing it, doknty try to club numbers to get corporate off your back. Another time I got a sandwich to go I had asked for no mayo but they put it on. The lettuce was disgusting: wilted, turning brown, and old. I had already gotten it home and did not feel like driving back. And no one answered the phone when I tried to call. Despite the issues they're not awful. It's good food, the location is relatively new so it's nice and has lots of seating. Just be sure to double check your food and be prepare for a long wait time.

I got a breakfast sandwich on a croissant that should have been awesome. 1st the price for 1/2 a sandwich was way to high but I overlooked that because it sounded so good. It was so greasy I ended up throwing it away. Won't be making that mistake again.

Cashier told us the $9.59 Tortilla soup would be in the family size bowl so we agreed to pay the high price. It arrived in a regular bowl size. Mgr was no help when we complained.Need better service

Horrible service. We were charged for something we didn't order on a take out order. I didn't find out until we got home. I called to speak to a manager. She was so monotone and not at all interested in my inconvenience. Her solution was to have me drive all the way back for a refund for the item that I was charged for. When Jason's Deli makes an error they credit my card right away. They also try to  seem genuine. The manager Erica seemed more upset that I was bothering her than the fact that they made an error on my order. My receipt said the cashier was Cassandra but the manager said Lindsay took the order. I will take my money and my business elsewhere. Somewhere where my business is appreciated.

Worse Panera. Cold food. Sandwiches have 50% less meat and vegetables than normal. Order messed up. This happened 2 separate times.. months apart. 

Visited again...better but food was still cold.
