understaffed and they don't ice the donuts correctly. the Bavarian creme tasted very stale as well

One day I called about lunch time one dayvand they said they had no mire doughnuts til the next day. How Can you not have doughnuts? It's in your name!!

The food, donuts, and coffee were very good and fresh, however the customer service was abysmal. I asked one of the servers for a pack of mustard for my croissant and she was quite rude. It was early, so maybe she was not fully awake.

Not sure why I keep going back, they mess up the order, sandwich was cold...the turnover rate for employees there is very high...never seem to see the same ones...

Horrible service. I was given incorrect change and told them . manager jen refused to give me back the $10 i was owed or even look at my receipt. She told me she would call me back at one once she counted her drawer and never did. Never going back there again Update!!! Called dunkin donuts and was hung up on multiple times after letting them know My reason of calling and who i was. Still have not received a call back or even an answer as to why the manager refused to return me the money i was owed .
