We called days ahead for lunch with a group of 16 and while they were busy (they are always busy) at 11-30 AM I only counted 4 wait staff. We all ordered standard lunch items (there are no less than 40 menu items & another 30 drinks) and waited nearly an hour for food to arrive which came out one at a time plate by plate. For our  "UNLIMITED"  soup, salad & bread sticks we were allowed TWO bowls of soup and salad and then the waitress/manager repeatedly scowled at us complaining that she is a manager and shouldn't be waiting tables. Only saw our obviously newly hired (no training) this day waiter 3 times. Now the food was poor at best with dry chicken, tiny plates of bland lasagna and old reheated spaghetti . When we complained a sweaty guy came out of the kitchen to tell us he was the owner/manager and was cooking because they were short staffed and what did we expect him to do about it? Then he curtly said if we keep complaining he wont get back to the kitchen to cook our food! Wow very professional - what a terrible place. How about hiring capable staff by paying a living wage and benefits? How about not offering 40+ lunch items on the menu? So when we left at 1-30PM YES 2 hours for LUNCH new customers were either being turned away or told that the wait to be seated was 1 hour! Olive Garden should restaff this place or they will be out of business soon.

for lunch. Lasagna and pasta Alfredo with unlimited salad and bread sticks. Server was very professional. Place was very clean. With tip and soft drink was under $25.00.  We left happy with full bellies.

So, it had been since 2003 that I had set foot in an olive garden; and for good reason. Good quality and customer service seemed to go down hill. Fast forward to today. I went with my girls and wife to try it all over again.

It started out bad. Seated for 17 minutes with no one asking about us for our drink order or anything. 

Then, a keen waitress came to our rescue and took our drink order and the manager, Randell, took over. I would of left a two star review, but the care that Randall took in ensuring not just my family was enjoying their night, rather, he was ensuring everyone was. 

Overall, the food was way better than i remember. Only complaint I have... Is I wish I would of went sooner. Thanks again to the staff that helped us when our waitress abandoned us and to the manager, Randall. We will be back!

The employees need to be better training. Compared to other Olive Garden restaurants, the wait staff tend to lack basic etiquette of the job and often seem uninterested in working. Every time we have gone to this particular location, we have had a bad experience with waiting unusually long for our food to arrive, and once it did arrive, something has been wrong or the food is cold. The managerial staff seems indifferent about issues that have come up.

Loved our server! She recommended a custom flatbread that I could eat weekly, grilled chicken, spinach, tomato, cheese, and light garlic lemon sauce. Delicious! I would like to see the calorie count on the menu or have that option.
