They have given me room temperature coffee (when I ordered regular hot coffee) couple of times now. Both times I went there 30 minutes before closing. I guess they stop making fresh coffee in anticipation of closing for the night.

Health issue concern!!!

One of the workers cut her finger on one of the sides of the big bucket of ice cream. She did the right thing, washed her finger and went to informed the manager. The manager proceeded to pour the rest of the ice cream from the same bucket, I informed her that it was the bucket the lady cut her finger on and it needed to be disposed per OSHA rules. She ignored me for a good 10 minutes. I refused to grab that ice cream and asked for a different flavor and asked her to stop serving that to other costumers.
The manager finally aknoledge my request and sent the bucket to the back. I sat outside to eat my ice cream in disbelief of how disgusting and unprofessional she was. 
I saw her bring the same bucket of ice cream and put it back on the fridge. 
There are so many, so many blood born pathogens that can be transmitted. I felt so disgusted and sad because it was my favorite place. 
I WOULD NOT EAT HERE !!!

Are supposed to be open until 11pm, but they will close some nights at 10 or 10:30. Change the hours if you don’t want to say open until the time you advertise.

I've been going here for my coffee for 3 years. It is perfectly made 99% of the time. Crowded at times but wait times are not unbearable at all. Breakfast sandwiches are great! Love it.

They never have the donuts on the posters!!! If they do they are old and look disgusting. If you want donuts go somewhere else.
