i like DD but their coffee is WAY TOO HOT.  i drive 25 minutes to work and still could barely sip it when i arrived.  nice staff, not bad prices, delicious fresh donuts daily.  tried and loved their small breakfast sandwiches.  quick and cheaper than McD's.  i think it's microwaved.  haha.

Terrible service. Rarely have Donuts after 6 PM and offer flimsy excuses. The food is bad, and the Angus beef on a bagel is vile.

Upon my first visit to this location, via the drive-thru, I was greeted with a poor attitude while ordering 1 dozen donuts. When it came time to pay for the order the woman who gave me the poor attitude followed up with even more bad attitude- which I shrugged off as maybe she had a bad day. Everyone has bad days, right? I mean, I had to tell HER to have a good day and literally got no response at all. The donuts, unfortunately, were stale and had already lost their softness. In fact, they were stale enough that the left-overs were in fact inedible just the next morning. Then came the task of trying to leave the parking lot; the restaurant is located on a very busy road with a bend and hill which makes it almost impossible to make a left-hand turn. All-in-all, my experience was awful and I would not return a second time or even recommend coming to this location to anyone.

I went to pick up two dozen assorted donuts and they put ALL the simple donuts with holes, not even one Boston crème or any other donut with crème in 24 !!! donuts. What a great place!!! That was the last time I went to that place.

Great location and fairly good service for a quick stop to get that early morning pick-me-up!  My coffee is always good, but some times they forget the cream cheese on my bagel.  Even with that the employees and management are still friendlier and service is far better than most "fast food" locations in Penn Hills.
