Total evil place. They scam the public because people that donate here think they are helping the needy. Meanwhile this company is a for profit mom charitable company. These stores rip people off. The stores are filthy. They turn off outlets so you can't test electronics. They have a cinvienant no return policy. The managers are awful. Though being a manager of thrift king doesn't take brains or an education. And apparently a qualified manager also must lack morals. This place is just disgusting. Boycott. Most positive reviews are done by paid employees. It doesn't take a genius to read most positive reviews and see how indulgent they are

Make this your first stop when shopping. Well organised and bright. It's huge, so give yourself time to slowly explore.

The prices here are phenomenal. If you miss what Goodwill prices used to be like, try this place. It's huge, and they get some interesting stuff. There are self-serve fitting rooms, and public restrooms downstairs. When they first opened they were pretty badly understaffed, but this has improved in recent visits. Their policies are strict and a little unforgiving, so read the big sign on the wall to prevent future struggles! I have no doubt the strictness is what let's them give such good deals, but it can still be a bummer. For example, if you find a treasure with no pricetag, you're out of luck: they can't sell it. Be wary of this, and you'll be leaving happy with arm-loads of goodies for what might get you a single outfit at Goodwill.

BEWARE!  I bought clothes at this store for the first time this week.  I was hesitant to buy items since the tags were put on with staples.  When I got home and carefully took them off I noticed they made holes on the clothes.  (2 items still had tags and now have holes in them).  I should have followed my gut and walked out.  Upon calling the store no manager was available.  I was told they have a no return policy.  I basically just wasted my money and need to pitch the clothes  now that they have holes.  I WILL be filing a complaint with the BBB also!  Ridiculous!
