I went in at 6 am. For 20 minutes I waited for someone to come from the back to wait on me. 2 female employees who obviously were not on the clock were at the tables behind me. One was asleep with her head on the table and the other played on her phone. Neither got up to go get someone to wait on me. Great employees you have there and way to watch the store. I walked out and said great job girls and neither of them looked up. Maybe you all should take a course in customer service. Their work ethic is astounding.

Great location. Always return to THIS one! I've only had one like 1/5stars or 0 stars when there was a fill in staff. Consistency here! Coffee is always good! Friendly staff! Dorothy and My-Eisa made this Monday morning that much better! Thanks!

The worst dunkin donuts i've ever been to. It seems that everyone working here (minus one or two exceptional employees that seem to have left) are actively trying to mess up your order. If you go inside, you're left to wait for them to finish drive-thru before they'll help you. I've lived close to this location for over a year now so I often stop by to grab coffee or breakfast. I can count on one hand the amount of times that i've left there with exactly what I've asked for. If you go through the drive-thru, the employees ramble off a sales pitch trying to get you to buy a new product. I've been in sales and understand that they are being directed to do this, but making your employees say something like that will absolutely ensure that they have to RAMBLE it off 200 times a day and basically make their spiel basically useless. I will never be stopping at this location again.

This place sucks. I’m never going there again. I asked for 2 chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles, but instead I got maple donuts instead. They completely messed up my order! (THEY WERE NOT OUT OF THE DONUT)😠😠

Went on a Sunday for a hot chocolate. It was just water. I was in a rush, I let them know about it and leave. Return again 3 days later, again, for hot chocolate, and all watery again! I turn around and Return it, they gave me another one, and again is just water!! I told them, CHECK YOUR MACHINES, CHANGE THE HOT CHOCOLATE, IT KEEPS GIVING ME WATERY CHOCOLATE. Had to again, throw it out. Definifely not getting it there anymore.
