Ordered the Chiken Tortellini Alfredo (past meal) which costs about $14. My order was a rapid pick-up and because I thought I could trust their service, I walked put without checking my food. I go to my all night clinical shift, open up my food and I kid you not the chicken (which said it was smoked in the description) looked like the left over of a canned chicken. What made it worse is that it was just dumped on top of the Tortellini and the look was just disgusting. Needless to day it went right into the garbage. I gave them 2 starts only because I called their manager and he gave me my money back. If I paid all that money for a meal and trusted you to prepare my food, I deserve something better than cat food put the least appealing way.

It was clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The service was very good, polite and helpful. The food was tasty and I enjoyed the experience. Thank you.

Food is great but the service is awful. I have been a solid patron at the Panera Bread in East Greenbush for years. When the new store opened in North Greenbush, (much closer to my home) I was delighted. I have been to the store several times since their opening. Not once has my order been right. I attributed the errors to training. However, enough is enough. I ordered and paid for two breakfast sandwiches with a latte to go. The sandwich was put in the paper bag. Not in their standard to go box, then in the bag. To add to it, only one sandwich was in the bag and no latte! I was in a rush and didn't check to bag and forgot about the latte until I got home. The expediter who checks the orders before going to the customer didn't notice items were missing. She just went through the motions and didn't check the order against the receipt. Another time, I ordered and paid for a focaccia bread, and a dozen asiago bagels. When I got home, no bread. My wife, son and myself stopped into the store for lunch. We each ordered a pick-two. Each of us ordered a sandwich with soup and a drink. When we received the order, it wasn't complete. The server brought out the three soups and two sandwiches. Never brought the third sandwich. We checked the receipt to ensure we ordered and paid for the missing sandwich. It was on the receipt. Only until I went to the back counter was the sandwich made and given to me. This last time, I walked into the store. No one at the counter to take my order. I called out three times. Not a single person came to the counter. I could see the reflection of a worker in the oven door. I had to go to the back of the store where there is a counter looking into the kitchen. I interrupted a few workers who were talking to each other to ask if there was anyone working in the front. This store has a significant issue with service. The training is certainly lacking. Would recommend that all the employees work in the East Greenbush store and learn what service is. I am no longer going to be a customer of this location. I would rather drive from Troy to East Greenbush (passing by this new store on my way) knowing that my order will always be correct. I am done with the terrible service given by the North Greenbush store.

Soup was cold. Side pickle looked like someone nawed on it and it was dried out.... asked for a new one ... Me that looked the same way... usually love Panera... staff were great and friendly tho

This is a new business and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining room was very bright and comfortable.
