The incompetence of this location is legendary. How many times do i have to say cream and extra sugar for my coffee? Once, twice, thrice? I have yet to find out since they continue to get my order wrong. I stopped going to the location on Skokie Blvd because somehow they are worse but I guess the hunt for a dunkin donuts that can complete a simple order continues.

The staff here really cares about their customers. They Treat people the way they should. My orders are always accurate and Perfect.  Dana, Silas, Jey, Jorge, Jessica, Leti, Naveen, Soco, Chinten and the rest of the staff there are well trained and so friendly! The store is always clean. I know this because I'm there daily. HATE to go to any other locations because it's just not the same.

Went through the drive thru at 8:30 on a Sunday morning to get coffee. The woman at the window (her name tag read Bindi, Shift Leader) barely acknowledged me, never said a word to me, and was having a very in-depth conversation with her coworker. Another coworker handed her my drink, and she gave it to me, and there was no "thank you", no "you're welcome" as I said thank you before I drove off, no response at all. Barely any recognition besides a side glance. 
Normally all the employees are super nice and always smiling, but I have no idea what was going on here. 
I only go to this Dunkin Donuts because it's on my way to work and it's easy to get in and out.
