Hot Cakes Bakery™ was just a sweet vision when our first freshly baked goods were delivered to Chicago neighborhood restaurants, coffee houses and specialty food shops more than twenty years ago. Our dedication has always been to provide quality wholesome, hand crafted and (most importantly) delicious products to our customers. Using all natural ingredients our bakery produces fresh pastries daily and delivers to many fine establishments that you frequent every day.
Our initial emphasis has always been to produce products for food service and private wholesale label customers. We have found many fans and enthusiasts along the way that have encouraged us to bake our products for all to enjoy. Our line of packaged baked goods is just that.
