Placed my order clearly and simply. Just a bagel with sausage. They tried to give me a bagel with cream cheese so I showed them the receipt. They "went back and got me the right order" but when I opened the package it was the same bagel with sausage thrown on. So I got a bagel with sausage and cream cheese. How they thought this was acceptable is beyond me. 

I recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you like being treated like an inconvenience.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin Donuts. Staff is rude and not trained properly. I had two separate orders, which I told her at the beginning. I spoke the first and second one clearly. She was rude throughout the whole order and it seemed like she wasn’t actually listening to what I was saying because she kept asking me the same questions over and over and sighing into the speaker as if me coming there was an inconvinience. Not to mention when we paid, they put the half of the first order with the second order and the other half of the first order as the second order. 

I worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts. It is not that hard to take an order over drive thru. Especially when there’s no one inside and only one car. Staff clearly needs more training and supervision. 

Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be treated like an idiot.

This locations staff is always rude especially in the morning shifts. They rush you when trying to order, they get the orders wrong on many occasions. I used to enjoy this location, but as of recently service had gone down. Looks like it's time to find a new dd to go to.

Fast service!  In and out super quick. Donuts were very fresh.
