This might be one of the worst McDonald’s in Florida. I live in the area near it so my roommates and I used to frequent this establishment. We have decided to swear off this branch for good. They staff there as this uncanny ability to ruin every single order they receive. One time I paid them in cash, got my receipt, drove to the next window and after about 5 minutes of waiting they said they never got an order from me. What pushed me over the edge happened today. Ordered a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich and one of their signature burgers. When I get home and open them i see that they are both missing the bottom buns. I don’t see how something like this can happen unless it’s completely intentional. Because of this and previous shortcomings this McDonald’s is a solid one star. Be wary yee who dine here

Thought we'd lost a wallet but manager (?) Amy and her maintenance man, Carlos decided surprised us by having Carlos DELIVER the wallet to us. THANK YOU SO MUCH! We are so grateful !

Good customer service ever time I'm there, they are cheerful and speedy, plus the chicken nuggets taste great. But the ice-cream tastes weird. Everything else is fine.

**Only basing this review off Uber eat order**

I work nights in the area and sometimes rely on Uber eats to grab me some food. This McDonald's has always delivered and has very exceptional staff as far as quality and accuracy of the order. Out of about 20+ orders none have ever not been what I ordered. Sometimes a little extra is inside!! 

These orders have always been at nights. Can't couch for the daytime Uber eats.

One star is generous it 1200 noon no one at the counter,I did see Spanish lady later found out she was the manager.i only have 1/2 hr lunch .thats the ONLY reason i go there. Get a fish meal and tarter sauce all in the box not on the sandwich.i had to ask for a special order just to get sauce on my fish it happens all the time. This manager is the worst I have seen at any McDonald's she needs traning!
