The one in gales ferry ct has improved based on my past experience ..it was either undermanned or lacked experience...it would appear  no one was in charge....

Whenever I like something it gets discontinued. Otherwise the coffee is good

Extremely slow service. Employees are unable to do more than one thing at a time. If you order coffee and a breakfast sandwich, they make the sandwich standing waiting for it to finish cooking then make the coffee when the sandwich is ready. They are very friendly and always get my order right, but if you are in a hurry during your commute to work, you may not want to stop at this location. This Dunkin is located inside the gas station with no drive through. You have to go inside.

Mistakenly marked this down as 2 star because there's 3 DD within 2 mile radius.  This DD is the best of them all, and they don't have a drive through.  The staff here are wonderful, and even when there's a line in the mornings they quell the rush very efficiently.

Good service they know how to make a iced coffee and they didn't  put old coffee on top of new coffee like the other dunkin donut  in groton city!!!
