Two stars because the staff is friendly and polite. Other than that, as an everyday customer on my way to pick my husband up from work at EB, every morning there is a long wait in drive thru. I order mostly nothing but a single cup of regular coffee with 2 cream and 4 sugar. I usually end up with it the opposite way around, 4 cream 4 sugar or not the way I wanted it. I have ordered breakfast sandwiches and have got orders that were not mine. I was a asst. manager for Dunkin many years ago, and if this happened in my store in MA, either we would have gone through mandatory training or someone would have been let go. Something also needs with the fact that this Dunkin has an issue with floors/ windows constantly wet in the lobby, it affects the quality of donuts and pastry.

Love dunkin donuts!! I have gone every morning for the past two years.. order the same thing. Very friendly staff, all know me.. and my order as soon as they see me pull up at the drive thru

The donut was not fresh, it taste a week old...Their food presentation was awful. Cheese was not melted on the English muffin.

Coffee is brewed fresh by cheerful Courtney that worked in the afternoon. Courtney always knows what her customers want and makes sure the decaff coffee is always fresh upon request. Location has a couch which is very comfy I love this location .

Worst Dunkin around. They constantly are taking up to a half hour every morning. They almost always get my order wrong when i order just a bagel and black coffee. They repeat time and again that they don't care and just want you out of their line. I have been asking for cream cheese on the side and not toasted because they cant even get that right. The bagel comes barely toasted with not enough cream cheese to feed an ant. I go out of my way now to go to another dunkin adding ten minutes to my drive because the stupidity and lack of care at this place is crazy.
