I visit Dunkin Donuts on a daily basis, I have a coffee obsession. I frequent the location on laraway and Nelson or the one inside Walmart. Solomon is an excellent manager and has great employees.

I stop im the morning and on my way home love the morning guys and the evening shift their all so very nice. I get exactly what I order and it's perfect love this DD

UPDATE 1/2018:
I moved them up to 3 stars. I think they are under new management and for the last several months have been great! Here’s hoping they fixed their management and staffing issues!

This is by far the worst DD in the area. Need a complete overhaul in management and staff. They have literally never gotten my order right. Staff barely has a pulse so it must be just as awful to work there as it is to go there. And why is there always people begging for money or pushing products outside? Like a damn exhibition hall. We usually drive an extra 5 miles to go to the one on LaGrange and 179th. I hate this place. And like an idiot I just went there in the "interest of time" and like always they screwed everything up. No apologies ever. Ok I'm done..... just stay away as I am. Never ever going back. Not worth the frustration.

Went through ordered their 2/5 croissant and a large coffee. Get to the window , total chaos. The cashier didn’t know what I ordered. Arguing amongst staff. I was over charged and did not get a receipt. and when I finally got my sandwiches and started to pull away, the lady called out to me and said I owed $6.24 when I just paid $7.94. I cant reverse at this point and yelling back at an open window wasn’t solving anything so I just left. VERY UNORGANIZED!
