The food is maybe 3 stars.  There are good flavors, but not the best quality.  The prices are low.  I have been going here for years, but the last time the radio was not tuned well.  I got to listen to blaring static my entire meal.  The waitress said she told whoever about it, but "whoever" did nothing.

Access to handicapped bathroom needs to be improved, had to use other bathroom in dining area, toilet seat very loose, needs to be tightened ASAP. Had taco salad, refried beans would be better than the beans itself
