Horrible customer service! I was in the line and there was a gentleman who had ordered a macchiato and the girl working on the register over charged him for the coffee. She charged him more than what the board said and refused to honor the price. The supervisor came and was super rude and ghetto. She also refused to honor what the board had as a price claiming that dunkin donuts hasnt come around to change the price. I didnt bother to order anything. This was a night shift staff on easter Sunday. Rude

These employees are so rude! I've visited this location twice and it has been the same mannerisms and moral during both visits. I smiled, said please and thank you,and nothing in return; Not even you're welcome. They seem so not interested in working that I don't put it past them for doing inappropriate things to customers food. I will never return again, too risky.

Employees are rude and don’t care for there jobs and it shows this is an over priced Dunkin’ Donuts in a service plaza you figure you would get treated with respect like a human being nope not here they treat you like an illegal trying to steal coffee I feel so uncomfterable here its like being in trial for a crime you didn’t commit how deep is this when you think about it you don’t want to come here but if you don’t want to get fired your but better come get some coffe from some rude people
