I usually eat at this restaurant about 2-3 times a week, since it's in the area, and the food is great, but as of late, the service has been poor.

I went in last week, and had Blanca. She didn't look or act like she wanted to be there. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day (which all of us have from time to time) so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But when I went in this past time, I got her again, and she was very dry. She wasn't personable at all. When you ask her for something, she doesn't respond, she just walks away and gets what you ask for. I make sure to always say please and thank you, but that doesn't seem to work. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I can tell you that I probably won't spend my money in there, or ever refer anyone to this restaurant again, it it's going to be like this. I ALWAYS make sure to leave at least 20%, even though I don't feel like she deserved it.

We go there for lunch all the time, the place is simple but the food is delicious and they offer good friendly service. I have tried many different dishes from the menu and they have all been equally good. Great comfort food, good portions and great prices.

 The daily special of lamb in wine sauce was outstanding.

Blanca and Kenia were very warm and inviting upon my first visit. My breakfast was traditional Cuban fare with excellent Cafe con Leche. They also have lunch specials at very reasonable prices with good quality!
