Yesterday, I went to this Dunkin Donuts twice in a half hour.  The first was to get a toasted bagel with butter.  Not pleased, I  went back a half hour later to show that the bagel not only wasn't toasted, but wasn't buttered either.  They very pleasant and quickly gave me a replacement.  When I arrived at where I was going, I opened the wrapped bagel only to find that it was caked with butter...and not toasted.  The butter was everywhere.  If it was toasted, some of the butter would have melted.  I wiped off half and tried to eat it, but it was just a mess.  I wrapped up the rest and threw it away.  There won't be a third time!

Busy place. Waited a few for fresh, delicious coffee, BUT - Everyone behind the counter was operating at 100%, doing their job to the fullest extent possible while STILL delivering delightful customer service. If I lived in the area I would go here everyday.

This DD is located in the Ashburn Village Shopping Center. It has 2 entrances you can come into the store with. There is limited seating though.

I have been going here for years and even though there is usually a line- it goes fast.

And what does lines mean? That means that this place is good and people are willing to wait in them. I have only had a few times where they have been out of donuts, but that is understandable as they don't make their own donuts in store.

The staff is friendly and I will continue to use them in the future!
