I'm so annoyed with this location right now. I usually order using Rapid Pick Up on my phone app. I understand if the location gets slammed and my food doesn't come out exactly on time (8 minutes after checkout). But, 40 minutes?! Are you kidding me?! Change the name because that is no where close to being rapid. Oh and when my fianceé said something to an employee, they were extremely rude to him. At that time, my name was off the screen. I want my money back. I lost my appetite. 
Also, the last time I ordered rapid pick up, I walked in and there were two young female employees sitting on the counter near the baked goods (that's not sanitary) and they were glued to their phones. They didn't acknowledge me at all. There was no one else on the screen for food and it was after my pick up time so I went over to check the other pick up area and the manager was back there joking around with the staff. I'm all for a good working environment and a fun manager but when it's after the pick up time for a rapid delivery, he should have made a better choice. 
I'm just totally annoyed and disgusted with this location. I'm calling corporate in the morning.

I had a horrible experience Ordering soups from Panera bread in  Ashburn location. My order was incomplete and after telling the staff at the rapid pick up what I was missing, I had to order extra side dishes !!!  I never had that kind of experience with any other Panera bread. They were rude and unfriendly explaining why my order was incomplete . I left there without getting what I ordered and very frustrating. I would never ever go back or recommend anyone to go there

Yummy food, great coffee, macaroni and cheese is great too according to my youngest. The gentleman  (Eugene) was very attentive and polite. Steve handed us our items and was also very friendly!

I like Panera quite a bit,  generally.   This trip had some super minor complaints, but there were sort of a lot of them.  
My on-the-side dressing was not even halfway full.  It really wasn't enough for my salad and I had to go ask for more. 
The tomato in my salad had no flavor which since it is tomato season seemed a shame.  Seems they could get them local and fresh and have some with amazing flavor. 
My kids' sandwich did not have things evenly distributed at all, so they had to rearrange everything to split it fairly.   
My sandwich was over toasted and yet the cheese still wasn't melted.
I don't have a baby anymore but while waiting for my daughter in the bathroom I noticed something brown and dried on the strap of the changing table.   I can only imagine it was poop.   I hope they find a good way to clean that up. 

The best part of the meal was the mac and cheese.   It was really good!

I regularly purchase large quantities of pastries from this location for parent events at our school, LePort Montessori, but have also eaten in the cafe and had catering delivered. My order has always been ready on time, complete, and correct. Staff are always courteous and on hand to help.
