5 stars if they werent always so backed up at the drive through that I just keep driving because I dont have 15-20 minutes to sit in a drive through for a cup of coffee. (Yes. I timed it one day...) Otherwise the staff is awesome. Friendly and the place is clean. Update. I have had to just walk out they are so slow. I understand it's morning rush...why don't they? They have 2 registers and only ONE person taking orders? 3 stars to 1

Most inconsistent Dunkin Donuts. This location is right by my house but I have to drive to a different location every time. Working aren’t attentive and not engaging at all. Coffee is not great and quite frankly, sucks. Training goes a long way.

It's great when they serve hot coffee every day and if it's lets say 10 min. old they make a fresh pot even if there is still coffee in the pot I love it!

Cashier's have no concept of why people join a line. Prepare to be bummed be people behind you for every reason imaginable. I walked out after three people passed me in line. To of them had made coffee orders and the third was paying with a card.

This DD is hit or miss. What annoys me most is their on-the-go ordering NEVER works!! I went 2 days in a row, and I had to wait b/c they said it wasn't working & they didn't get my order! Have been at other times and it wasn't working then either. What is the point of ordering ahead if you're going to have to wait anyway? I do not have time to wait in a line that is out the door in the morning! That is why I order ahead. Also, I specifically asked for almond milk, as I can't have dairy. Good thing I double checked, b/c the guy put cream in it instead of almond milk. C'mon people!! How hard is it to READ the order and the marks on the side of the cup!?!?!?!? There is one young lady who works there, and she deserves a pat on the back. She is friendly, always smiles, and is more than willing to help --even when she is busy. I wish I knew her name. Other employees there could take a few lessons from her!
